This page describes the working controls for the first Certified Tree Leads release. It is a product notice, not a legal substitute for a formal privacy policy or provider agreement.
Certified Tree Leads collects only information submitted in the tree-service request: contact details, property market, service need, urgency, contact preference, and project notes.
What consent means here
The request form requires an affirmative acknowledgement that Certified Tree Leads is a homeowner-request and independent-provider platform and may share the inquiry with an available provider for the specific request.
Rylee AI video conversations
Rylee has separate Certified Tree Leads Provider Sales and Homeowner Concierge roles. A private, time-limited Tavus session is created only after a visitor selects the video-call action, reviews the AI disclosure, and confirms. Camera and microphone access remain subject to browser permission. Recording is disabled, and this site does not copy conversation content, transcripts, camera/audio data, names, contact details, or free-text responses into analytics.
What is not enabled
This release does not activate automated sales calls, prerecorded outreach, marketing texts, marketing email sequences, automatic payment collection, or hidden resale to a provider network.
